The touring gear is back on the bike and I’m trying to acclimate to the different feel. It’s obviously heavier and there’s also a lot more wind resistance than normal. I usually don’t worry about being “aerodynamic” while riding my bike and that’s a good thing because it’s not much of a choice when hauling all of your gear.  I now ride slower than normal , but I have tons of space for my trips to Central Market.  Central does this “passport” series that features food from different countries. My favorite is France.  (Obviously ) However, I’d be lying to you if I said I wasn’t excited about the upcoming Passport Greece. Maybe I’ll race my bike over there and call it the “Gyro Central” or maybe I’ll combine Greece and Italy and call it the “Gyro D’Italia”
